Refund & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund or exchange. 

Returns/Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

To start a return, use the contact form to contact us. If your return is accepted, we will send you an email with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept any returns without prior approval. Please contact us here to start your return.

Your refund will be issued on your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to post to your account. 

Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received an item different from what you ordered (wrong product, size, or color), please notify us immediately for an exchange by filling out our easy contact form, here.

Upon approval, we will send you an email with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the return is received, we will ship the new replacement item and notify you via email with updated tracking information.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
We are unable to accept returns on gift cards, items that are on sale, or washed and worn.
